Please note that a small number of remote locations (e.g., certain island territories, conflict zones, or regions with strict import restrictions) may be excluded from our standard shipping. 2. Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore, where our fulfillment center is based). During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, or major sales events), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days due to higher order volumes. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with shipping details (including a tracking number) as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days for major regions (e.g., United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, and South Korea). For remote regions or countries with longer customs clearance processes, delivery may take 10–15 business days.
  • Suitability: Ideal for non-urgent orders, as it balances cost and speed.
  • Tracking: All standard shipping orders include basic tracking—you can monitor your package’s progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

3.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days for most major global cities. This option prioritizes speed and includes expedited handling and transportation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on three factors: your delivery location, the weight and dimensions of your package, and the shipping method you select. 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost (except for orders shipped to the European Union, where we comply with IOSS regulations and include applicable VAT in the product price). These fees are determined by your local customs authority based on the value of your order and the import laws of your country.

You (the recipient) are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees required to receive your package. If you refuse to pay these fees, your package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost (which will be deducted from your refund if you request one). To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand the potential import costs.

7. Delivery Issues

We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery, but occasionally issues may arise (e.g., lost packages, delayed delivery, or incorrect addresses). Here’s how we handle common scenarios:

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

7.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order—incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers, wrong city names) are the most common cause of delivery delays or failed deliveries.
